I would just like to say a big thank you for all your efforts in transitioning us from Cardnet to CPRAS rates. It has been hugely beneficial to the company and brought significant cost savings. To summarise, SWFT Clinical Services were approached by CPRAS in July 2017 and introduced to the OJEU compliant Payments Framework. We supplied CPRAS with our existing Merchant Service invoices and they duly analysed these rates against the rates available through the framework and produced a comprehensive savings report for us. The Mount Service Station, a busy independent service station, engaged CRAS to review our card processing arrangements to establish whether or not savings could be achieved. We were delighted when their report came back showing that contract savings would be circa £4000 and we agreed to switch to the new provider. The switch over was straightforward and the net savings have, if anything, been slightly more than projected. The ongoing support afforded by our CRAS account manager has been excellent and, although we are not a multi-million Pound operation, CRAS are always ready and available to assist us.
